Found another high PR (6) directory today. It’s very simple to submit to with a 6 month submission costing $60 and a permanent submission $200. They also offer a free submission if you provide a reciprocal link like this one:

So is it worth it? In my opinion, a one-way link from a niche category from a high PR website is worth the price. However I would first get a link from the Yahoo directory before dishing out for this one.
